Originally from Mississippi, I have been a Licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker since 2000 and have lived in Colorado since 1995. My office is located in Cortez, CO (about 30 miles west of Durango). Other towns in this great region include Mancos, Dolores, and Rico.

A separate written buyer agency agreement is required which sets forth the duties and obligations of you the buyer, and me the broker. As your Buyers Agent, I represent You, not the property, nor the seller. I am your negotiator and advocate. Typically, I am paid by the Seller and my services as Buyer Agent are at NO COST to you!
